District Choir

District Choir Information

All-District Chorus provides an opportunity for singers from District 10 to rehearse challenging music and work with a distinguished choral conductor at an advanced level. There are two All-District choirs, divided by age and voice part. The SSAA Choir is for treble singers in grades 9 and 10. The SATB Chorus is for tenors and basses in grades 9 - 12 and treble singers in grades 11 and 12. The audition requires preparation of a solo piece and demonstration of sight-singing ability. All students who make it into the All-District Chorus become eligible to audition for All-State Chorus.

Keep Saturday, January 11th open for your first rehearsal! If you can't make this rehearsal- contact Mrs. Cooper ASAP!

All-District Chorus will be held at Falls Church High School on February 7-9th, ending with a public concert the afternoon of Saturday, February 9th.
